It is officially Pumpkin season! Every year I look forward to enjoying Starbuck’s Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte and Frappuccino but they can be very expensive and they aren’t very healthy. To save you time, money, and calories I created a healthier and dairy-free Pumpkin Spice Smoothie recipe.
As a new mom I experienced Postpartum Anxiety after having my daughter. After learning that caffeine can trigger anxiety I try to avoid it. Instead of missing out on PSL I created an alternative dairy free and caffeine free Pumpkin Spiced Smoothie recipe.
If you love pumpkin spiced Frappuccino’s but you are lactose intolerant or don’t drink caffeine will love this creamy Dairy-Free Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe.
If you drink dairy and caffeine feel free to use it in the recipe instead!
Healthy Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Crushed Ice
- 2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk any milk you prefer
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp Maple or Agave Syrup Optional
- 1/4 Cup Espresso (Strong Coffee) Optional
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, heaviest to lightest, into the blender.Blend until desired consistency about 30 seconds.That's It!
